Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms govern membership in and attendance at Wonder Women (“Wonder Women,” “we,” “us”). By joining or purchasing, you agree to them. Wonder Women is operated by The Hatchery LLC

1. Membership is by invitation

Wonder Women is a private, invitation-only community. Membership and dinner attendance are offered at our discretion and may be declined, paused, or revoked at any time, including for conduct inconsistent with the community. An invitation or application does not guarantee acceptance.

2. What membership includes

Each tier includes the dinners, community access, and benefits described on the membership page at the time of purchase. Dinner seats are subject to availability and confirmation; a membership does not guarantee a seat at any specific dinner or date. Unused dinners, vouches, or benefits do not roll over and have no cash value.

Vouch. Your tier includes a set number of vouches, and additional vouches may be purchased. A vouch is a request for an introduction or help within the community — it is not a guarantee of any introduction, response, or outcome. Vouches are non-refundable and non-transferable, and expire at the end of your membership term. A vouch borrows a relationship another member has built; every introduction must be handled with care and respect — that is why Vouch is vetted for trust. Use Vouch respectfully: no spam or commercial solicitation, and never share another member's contact information without their consent.

You may earn additional vouches by helping other members with introductions; a vouch is earned only when an introduction you make is completed. When a requesting member offers a cash gratitude (and, on a successful outcome, an optional bonus), that amount is collected up front and held by Wonder Women through its payment processor. It is released only when an introduction is made, and is refunded in full to the requester if no introduction is made within 90 days; payment-processing fees are non-refundable. On release, Wonder Women retains a platform/transaction fee of 10%, and the remaining 90% is paid to the member who made the introduction. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect; a member receiving a payout must complete Stripe's onboarding to be paid, and may receive a Form 1099-K issued through Stripe. Purchased vouches are non-refundable, and unused vouches expire at the end of your membership term. We may limit or revoke your Vouch access — and revoke unused vouches without refund — if you misuse Vouch or handle introductions in a way that harms another member's reputation, and such conduct may also affect your membership. Wonder Women only facilitates the introduction; it is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, any conversations, agreements, services, payments, conduct, or outcomes between members that follow. Any engagement is solely between the members involved.

Golden Girls Compound. Membership includes the invitation and access to participate in Golden Girls Compound. It does not include the cost of any stay. Stays are an additional charge, priced by length of stay and location, and arranged separately. Space is limited and not guaranteed.

3. Billing, payments & payouts

Annual memberships (Local, Everywhere, Full Access) are billed up front and automatically renew each year at the then-current rate until cancelled.
The “Dinners Only” package is a one-time purchase of four dinners and does not renew.
Single-dinner passes are one-time purchases for a specific dinner.
Additional dinner and vouch credits may be purchased; they are non-refundable and expire at the end of your membership term.
Payments and member payouts are processed by Stripe (including Stripe Connect for payouts to members). Payment-processing fees are non-refundable, including where a payment is refunded.
Charges appear on your statement as WONDER WOMEN MEMBERSHIP.
Prices are shown in your local currency where available; otherwise in U.S. dollars.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an annual membership at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term; your access and benefits continue until then. To cancel, email help@joinwonderwomen.com.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Your payment reserves your seat and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal conflicts, medical emergencies, or scheduling changes. You may transfer your seat to another person within the week of the event, or move to a future date at least two weeks before the event. After that window, no transfers are permitted, as logistics are locked in.

Example: if a dinner is on 9/14, two weeks before is 9/1 — you can change your date up to 9/1. After that, the date is locked.

6. Dinners & conduct

Dinners take place in members’ private homes. Addresses and attendee details are shared only with confirmed guests and must be kept confidential.
Do not share, publish, or redistribute member names, contact details, photos, or home addresses without consent.
We ask all guests to show up with warmth, discretion, and respect. We may remove anyone, without refund, for conduct that harms the community or its members.

7. Your information

We collect the details you provide (such as name, email, cell, company, title, Instagram, and dietary needs) to manage membership, seat dinners, and communicate with you. By attending a dinner you agree that limited contact information may be shared with other confirmed guests at that dinner so you can connect. To process payments and payouts, we share the information necessary with our payment processor, Stripe. We will not sell your information.

8. Communications

By joining, you agree to receive emails about your membership, dinners, and events. If you provide a cell number and opt in, we may also send reminders by text or WhatsApp; you can opt out at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, benefits, or pricing. Material changes will apply at your next renewal. Continued membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
